Welcome to The Cloud RV Park, a small, secluded, gated RV park tucked away among the tall pines of the Lincoln National Forest in beautiful Cloudcroft, New Mexico.
Our peaceful 10-site property is designed for guests who want a quiet mountain getaway they can enjoy throughout the year. RV sites are rented on an annual basis, allowing our guests to leave their RVs here year-round and come and go whenever they're ready to escape to the mountains.
In addition to our RV sites, the property features our charming Bear Den Tiny House and a cozy one-bedroom cabin, both available for short-term stays. They're perfect for couples, family, or friends who want to enjoy everything The Cloud has to offer without bringing an RV.
Guests can enjoy our shared amenities, including a covered patio with a fireplace and indoor/outdoor seating, laundry facilities, ice, 30-amp hookups, koi pond, and wi-fi throughout the park.
We are pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can enjoy the mountains too.
Whether you're looking for a long-term home for your RV or relaxing stay in our tiny house or cabin, The Cloud RV Park is your home away from home in the mountains.

Location from Cloudcroft, NM
We are located about 30 minutes East of Cloudcroft. Take Hwy 82 East through Cloudcroft to 16 Springs Canyon Road (between mile marker 24 and 25) turn left. 8.8 miles total from turn off to front gate, while going down 16 Springs Canyon Road you will pass fire station and go 1.5 miles and gate is on the left.

Take Hwy 82 West through Mayhill, NM proceed 10 miles until you get to mile marker 25, turn right on 16 Springs Canyon Road across from red storage buildings. 8.8 miles total from turn off to front gate, while going down 16 Springs Canyon Road you will pass the fire station and go 1.5 miles and gate is on the left.
*DO NOT TAKE ELK SPRINGS/16 SPRINGS CUT OFF AT MAYHILL.
Amenities & Services
Clubhouse
Indoor/outdoor seating at The Cloud Clubhouse area and patio. Includes an outdoor fireplace, community grills, planchas (flat-irons) and tons of firewood to enjoy outdoor gatherings. Inside the clubhouse we have Smart TV's so you can stream movies, TV shows or catch your favorite sporting events. The clubhouse is only reserved for our annual guest.
RV Site Info.
All 10 sites accommodate RV's that range from 26' tongue-pull trailers all the way to 45' toy haulers. We currently have 10 sites that are dedicated to yearly renters these rates depend on site size, please inquire for rate or to be put on a waiting list. Renters will be billed out their monthly electricity usage. Included in the annual rate is water, trash, Wi-Fi and full access to all amenities.
Outdoor Recreation
There are several outdoor activities like hiking, UTV/ATV trail riding, bird watching and wild life. If your at 16 Springs Canyon Road "The Cloud RV Park" in September, you'll have the great pleasure of listening to all the elk bugling late at night and early in the morning. Music to my ears! There are also tons of deer feeding on the property and on the trails. If you're lucky when you're out trail riding you might run into a herd of wild horses!
